Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation is possible with a 20% restocking fee. If redelivery is requested, a flat fee of $15 will be charged. This restocking fee covers payment processing, labor involved in picking and packing your order, and the product’s unavailability on the store.
• Order Edits Before Shipping: You can edit items in your order (add or remove) before the order is shipped. However, all sales are final once the order is shipped.

Returns

• No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns for any orders. All sales are final.

Product Display and Accuracy

• Color and Image Display: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Product Availability and Pricing: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Shipping and Responsibility

• Shipping Damage and Liability: We are not responsible for any damage or lost parcels caused by our couriers. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Temperature-Related Damage: Certain products, such as chocolates and chips, are susceptible to damage during shipping, especially in warm weather conditions. When temperatures exceed 28°C (82°F), chocolates may melt slightly in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for temperature-related damages. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge the risks associated with potential melting or damage during shipping.
